How do I know work done is safe and compliant?

Your assurance that electrical work is safe is when that work is carried out by a suitably registered and licensed electrical worker. Certain electrical work must be certified through a Certificate of Compliance (CoC). Check with your electrical worker to see if you need a CoC for the electrical work being carried out. Certain electrical work may also require an Electrical Safety Certificate. You should check with your electrical worker to see if you need an Electrical Safety Certificate for the electrical work being carried out. Both the Electrical Certificate of Compliance and the Electrical Safety Certificate should include the appropriate authentication mark as shown below:

Chase Electrical has a team which specialises in this area. We undertake all interior office fit-outs, banks, retail shops, restaurants and specialised lighting projects. We are a recognised data cabling and communications installer company and provide installation, design and build, planning or auditing of existing networks. Chase Electrical are a certified installer company for Molex.


Service

As part of our commitment to total customer satisfaction and after sales service, an operation
manual, complete with Asbuilt Drawings Test Results and Product Information, is issued on
completion of each project.
Chase has a service team that provides on call electrical maintenance, lamp replacements,
emergency light tests (IQP), UPS tests, switchboard thermal imaging and a planned preventative
maintenance service, New Zealand wide. We provide a 365 day, 24 hour call-out service for all

Power Protection

The protection of your power source is sometimes critical and Chase Electrical’s team offers a full
U.P.S. (Uninterrupted Power Supply) and generator consultation, installation and commission service.
This is backed by a full testing and maintenance program.
Our servicemen are experienced and polite and they will communicate with you about how and
when the job will be finished – and we tidy up after ourselves!


Inslab and Underfloor Heating

Inslab or undertile heating is designed to heat your floors so you will no longer have cold floors on
those stormy winter mornings and nights.
We provide efficient room heating, at home, in your bathroom or living room, at the office, in a
workshop, sports hall, or virtually anywhere that requires comfortable warmth. The system can be
used as the only heating source in the room, or as an additional source of heat, making the floor
comfortably warm. When used in connection with new buildings it can be fitted on top of the old
flooring, e.g. when renovating a bathroom. It can also be installed in all types of floor, whether they
are new concrete floors, renovated bathroom floors, or new or renovated wooden floors.

Distributed Audio Visual – Do you love entertaining, movies or music? Get it all with a custom
designed fully distributed audio visual system. Chase can create the feeling of a cinema in your own home using first class components and speakers. We will distribute your favourite music or movie to anywhere inside or outside the house without unsightly cords and cables getting in the way.
